Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of StoopBook. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Purpose

Your records

You remain responsible for the nicknames, notes, and times you enter. Do not store information you do not have a right to keep on the phone. Household names in the sample book are invented checkpoints, not a patient chart.

Advertising

Usage data and advertising data may be used for third-party advertising, as described in the privacy policy. Visit records in the round book are not sold as a medical file.

Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law allows it.

Price

The current version is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.

Availability

The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change as StoopBook is maintained. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that the app will always be error-free or that local data will be preserved.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StoopBook and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the app, a missed visit window, or reliance on a planning estimate. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the app changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
